Website
This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace collects personal data when you visit this website, including: information about your browser, network and device, webpages you visited prior to coming to this website, Web pages you view while on this website, and your IP address. Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyses the data in a de-personalised form.
Webform
When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with for storage and with Zapier for data porting.

RETAINING YOUR DATA
We hold records for up to five years in case a client wishes to return to coaching. Your records may be destroyed sooner on request. For legal and financial reasons we may have to keep certain records for longer, for example invoices are kept for longer for HMRC.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to your personal data to outside parties unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users (such as, for example, our email marketing service provider), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others' rights, property or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
COACHING SERVICES
If you engage us to provide coaching services, a separate contract is issued detailing the confidentiality clauses in relation to the work. As per the conditions in the coaching contract, we may disclose your personal information to third parties where we are legally required to do so, or have requested to do so. You will be informed if this is the case. Your records are held securely on a password protected computer, for no more than five years and then destroyed.
THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR YOUR DATA TO BE DELETED
You are within your rights to request that any data about you is deleted from our systems at any time.
