Talking is powerful!

A leadership & mindset coach
for professional women.

Discover a more fulfilling working life.

Zahida coaches women because she understands the challenges of:

  • balancing work and family life

  • the pressure of societal expectations

  • how women are so often overlooked in the workplace

  • how our inner saboteurs rise up when we least need them.

Let her help you take control & change what happens next.

 Questions!

Effective coaching is all about questions.

My job is to ask the right questions.

At the right time.

And see what unfolds.

Our one-to-one coaching sessions are your safe space to think about those challenging questions. Questions that your friends and family, colleagues and bosses, and even the inner you won't dare to speak.

Are you ready for the journey together?

Unlock your potential.

We are all capable of so much but fear and doubt get in the way.

Imagine what it would be like to view your situation from a new perspective and see some options you hadn’t seen before. One small step can make you feel better about work and life.

Let’s open doors to your bold future. You will be stopped in your tracks, and have clarity for deep thinking, as you envisage a clear path forward.

Are you ready to put your foot on the first rung of that ladder?

‘She provides a massive space to explore everything from career direction to difficult changes or transitions in life.’

… is coaching right for you?

A coach supports and challenges the client, enabling them to identify their own goals in life/work and develop their own plans to achieve them.

Coaching is ideal for:

  • Personal development

  • Overcoming ‘stuckness’

  • Dealing with issues and challenges

  • Increasing confidence

  • Changing direction

  • Effective team management

  • Career progression

  • Dealing with stress at work

  • Achieving work-life balance

‘All women are swimming upstream, but women of colour face twice as many waves.

Putting your mind at ease.
Demystifying misconceptions.

For a lot of people, their only reference point for coaching is sports coaching.

It’s not the same, simple!

So, let’s clear up some other general worries:

No telling you what to do.

No judgement - that’s not my style. I’m here to support you to get the best out of the situation for yourself.

My promises to you.

… ready
for your
first step?

Yes, ask questions that open doors and challenge your thinking.

Yes, to help you find answers. My role is to support your journey however that unfolds.

Yes, support you to set the goals that will move you forward. It’s your time to work on what you want.

Yes, help you to define the actions you want to take to start creating change.

And yes, you will feel and see the changes you are looking for.

Coaching can help your organisation too.

If you are going through a period of culture change in your workplace, coaching can support individuals to come on that journey with you.

It gives staff the space to process their thoughts and reflect on the impact of their actions.

Coaching can support retention and talent development. If you are interested in supporting women (and especially women of colour) in your organisation start a conversation with Zahida about building coaching into personal development plans.

FAQs

  • Have you just been promoted and now you feel out of your depth?

Are you so worried about making mistakes that it's affecting your ability to take risks?

Are you working hard wondering why no one has noticed you?

Are you feeling stressed? Trapped? Can’t see a way out?

Do you want to be great at what you do?

Do you want to push yourself to the next level?

Are you going somewhere and you want a hand getting there?

“I believe in your potential. I can help you get unstuck and feel better about your working life.”

  • There is a free one hour where you can meet Zahida and find out a bit more about her coaching style. Ask any questions you might have.

Coaching only works if the relationship works.

That’s why she offers a free hour consultation so you really get to know her.

If you’re thinking about coaching but aren’t quite sure, get in touch. Let’s talk.

  • Changing how we think and act takes time.

The most effective package is to work in 6 month blocks - that’s one session per month for six months. This gives you a chance to reflect on your progress as you go. The aim is to create clarity and resilience to help you move forward on your own.

“I want to see you fly!”

If you are going through a particularly difficult time for example redundancy, unrest in your personal life, and you need an intense period of support, we can make the sessions every week or two to see you through.

Let’s talk and we can work out what’s best for your situation.

  • We start by working out the goal or the thing you want to work on.

Sessions can be a real mix of joy, challenge, thought and reflection.

“I am a creative coach - don’t worry, I’m not about to ask you to suddenly do roleplay - it just means that whilst I run sessions which are about talking, if an opportunity arises which I think is a good fit, I’ll suggest an exercise to help explore the issue from a fresh perspective. It’s a great way to get fresh ideas.

I coach around work-related issues, but we are all complex human beings and coaching wouldn’t be successful if we didn’t look at you and your situation as a whole.”

  • “I aim to work with clients that genuinely want to be coached by me, so let’s take the risk out of it.”

If you decide that coaching isn’t serving you anymore simply let us know with one session’s notice.

You will have a closing session to capture any learning. And be refunded any outstanding balance. No questions asked. And no hard feelings. It’s as easy as that.
